It didnt reach my expectations, not good value of money.

The manager never wears a smile; Other staff dont speak any English; Very limited breakfast; Quite noisy in the morning because of the boxing training next door.

The loveliest and homey place in Chiang mai.

Quiet and nice location, we had a very relaxing time. We were looked after by the kindest aunty. Breakfast was amazing and a delight to wake up to. The pool was nice and the amenities were very chill. The aunty advised us we can use the bike for free so we went for a morning ride to the public park.

You can hear footsteps of the people in the top room but this is no issue to us. There was also no tv but this id okay.

Swimming pool, huge terrace with chairs and tables, very clean, nice kitchen and library, no closet but there are hangers, close to temples and to some nice restaurants, bikes for free, the owner always answers on WhatsApp

The stuff comes to the hotel only for several hours per day. The owner tried to charge me for using the swimming pool because it belongs to another hotel. No place to dry wet swimming suite and clothes for guests although the terrace is huge. No air conditioning in public spaces of the hotel like dining room, hall, kitchen, steps. Only in the rooms. In the bathroom there is no curtain or any other separation between shower and toilet. Nearby is may thai gym that brings constant noise. The street is not too nice or quiet

Overall, the staff was hospitable and helpful. They did make us feel welcomed.

We really enjoyed the breakfast. It was nice to have a different one each day. The location of the property was located in the Old Town of Chiang Mai and was close to temples, nearby eating spots, and the Sunday market. Other attractions required booking through a tour agent or using a taxi as they were further away.

The tankless shower doesnt provide sufficient hot water. The water comes out lukewarm at best. There was also an open air gym nearby that made a lot of noise through the bathroom window. The window wouldnt shut from inside our room so we heard the noise each day. Lastly, the site mentions that both English and Thai are spoken but its Thai. The lady that takes care of the property for the owners speaks Thai only. She was very nice and friendly, but it was difficult to communicate at times.

Relax stay in an old house away from the cente

The place is 20 min walking from all the noisy bars and restaurants. We were only two guests, so it was quiet. Free bottle water every day. There are several restaurants, massages, and tour agencies close-by. A 3 min walk 7eleven!!

The place looks nothing like the pictures! The house is old and needs maintenance. You can find modern and cheaper places in Chiang Mai. I couldn't use the pool, water was green and dirty. Also, it's shared with kids learning how to swim. No staff during the day, only when doing check in and for breakfast. After complaining with booking and them, they upgraded my room.

Very aesthetic and comfortable everything is thoughtful and sustainable theres the pest control light that kept me mosquito free inside my room, hair dryer with heat control, glass bottles of drinking water, fluffy duvet with soft and hard pillows, full body mirror and sufficient orange lights in the room, a clothes rack and some wooden baskets of mid-length stay tidiness free working bicycle so you can roam Old City, markets by the Gates or near by. theres very nice lobbies and balconies that I didnt use as its hottest summer time, but its very nice wooden tone with white furnitures. it makes me want to stay in the room more than go out have fun!! Location wise it is great!! theres Over and Over coffee that starts at 6am if you have early itinerary before it gets hot its right behind Chang Pham Gate for easy accessibility to out of old city. its quite near Nimman. if you gym or Muay theres a gym next to you also.
