Spectacular balcony view over the famed terraced rice fields of Vietnam.

Overall nice stay. One of the best views in Sapa.

Very good

My family enjoyed a comfortable stay in a huge room well appointed room!

The view from our room was breathtaking! The staff was friendly and accommodating!

The pool area could be updated. We were disappointed there was no hot tub. However we did have a huge bath tub in our room!!

Wonderful stay in Sapa

It was lovely! The staff especially Katie made our stay so comfortable and assisted us with all requests. We also got upgraded and the room was spacious with an attached garden which had a spectacular view.

Spacious accom. with great mountain views

The location is great, a bit outside of Sapa town which we liked (away from the crazy traffic). Quite a few restaurants nearby the hotel as well. Hotel offers free shuttle bus to Sapa town and some cultural/tribal exhibits in the lobby. The room and bathroom is very spacious. The balcony view facing the mountain is great. Breakfast offers a wide range of local and international dishes. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The walls seems not very sound proof- can hear the noisy neighbours or ppl in the hallway in the middle of the night.

Very poor

Harassed with messages and phone calls after my stay

Room was spacious and clean. Room service was quick. Bath tub was large and comfortable to use. Motorbike rental was available at the front desk (albeit at a 100% markup from rates at the town center). During our stay, staff were generally helpful and friendly.

After rating the hotel 3 stars on Booking.com, I received a barrage of Whatsapp messages and phone calls from the hotel staff, which I found highly inappropriate and intrusive. This has led me to revise my rating to 2 stars. Reasons for my initial 3 star rating below: - The hotel's air conditioning emitted a smoky odor, resulting in sore throats and illness for my family. The room's ventilation design (toilet doors were meshed and not solid), coupled with a strong bathroom dehumidifier, created an uncomfortably dry environment in the whole room. - The pool was in poor condition, appearing dirty and smelling unpleasant, with visible mold around the area. It was nothing like the photos. Additionally, the gym was small and overlooking the entrance car park, with close to zero privacy. - During check-in, I was offered a complimentary Christmas Eve dinner, confirmed by multiple staff members. However, at checkout, I was unexpectedly billed VND 1.4 million for the meal. Although the charge was eventually dropped, the situation was unpleasant. - While completing a feedback form during checkout, I felt pressured by the staff, who scrutinized my responses and questioned my ratings. - Paying VND 18.3 million for a 3-night stay in Sapa (USD 250 / night), I expected higher service standards and better facilities. The post-stay harassment by the hotel further deteriorated my overall experience.

Scenic surrounding and relaxing stay

Clear view of the surrounding mountain . Not very far from the heart of the town. Staff are well behaved and helpful. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfy. Went for nature walk near the hotel. Complimentary Shuttle Bus service to town from the hotel is helpful.

Very limited vegetarian item in the restaurant. Shuttle Bus service to Town center frequency every 2 hours is bit long instead it will be more helpful if operate every one hour.
