Superb

The view into the Arabian sea from the room is simply wow! The bed size is nice although if we had an extra kids bed added, it would have felt too crowded :) Bedsheets and blankets are great, no sweating at night. As soon as you enter this hotel, you do feel pampered and it is truly a 5* experience you are looking for. The staff are all very attentive. My kid and I cannot handle spicy food and we could find plenty at the breakfast. The labneh was great!

We asked them to pack breakfast for the toad as we were leaving for airport. The breakfast they packed included and no kidding: Muffins, potato chips, fruit juice, and banana. It's like stereotypically the most "American" breakfast to serve, sugar overdose :) It wasn't a huge problem as such but they can try to add more Savory options. A simple sandwich wouldn't hurt.

The old hotel needs a lot of improvement. Staff is trying their best, but this is definitely not the Oberoi Group standa

Convenient location, nice and helpful staff.

Ongoing construction with demolishing and terrible noise all day and long into the night. Air condition not adjustable, either to freeze or to switch off. We finally got a bit less noisy room but with the same AC issues.

Exceptional views, great staff

This is perfect for the sunset views, and definitely a premium hotel with well-trained, attentive and professional staff. The breakfast spread is also satisfying, although the second section for breakfast was a bit slow in service. The facilities of the hotel are outstanding.

If you plan to tour Mumbai, note that this is at the edge of the bay in Nariman Point, and the train station is a 15-minute walk. You need to take a taxi or a cab to go to Colaba, though some taxis will refuse because the drive is too short. Otherwise this is a fantastic hotel with great service

The trident never disappoints in professional staff, location , comfort, luxury and good food

The staff is what makes the Brand. They are so well trained and attentive. Hats off to them for their hard work during a fully booked festive season . Brian at breakfast to gather with others worked so hard. Best breakfasts during my entire holiday.

hotel lobby gets very overcrowded and noisy during peak seasons at check in especially. some consideration needs to be given to manage that better. Split the check in counter to one part where concierge services are and another half to further end of check in counter so that the middle of reception is not so crowded.

nice, relaxing stay with good amenities and cleanliness to the hotel.

The staff and the facilities. The staff were excellent, always attentive and welcoming. Would always try and make your stay as pleasant as possible. The facilities were excellent and well maintained.

Didn't like the approach to the breakfast, it was a buffet service but had to wait a long time with children, did not have a pre-booking service so that you can reserve a table.

Excellent, enjoyable stay and looking forward to future visits or stay at the hotel.

All beyond expectation. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast spread and the liveliness of the atmosphere. The food served each time was delicious and of desired standard. The hotel is truly of international standard.

The Best Stay in Mumbai

Honestly I loved the Hotel & staff, while checked In. A staff called Chinmay has given me Complimentary breakfast and well Mannered with good customer service. I will be visiting soon.
