Bad experience, really disappointed about our choice

The swimming pool was nice.

No welcome from the staff. No explanation about the restaurants, the rooms. We did not know there were 2 restaurants in this hotel. The room was not clean when we came back from our day out. No staff at the breakfast. So nobody to serve coffee, ... no cups. I had to take a soup cup and help myself at the coffee machine. Nobody to help you. The food was not our taste. From our bed we can hear the music in the corridor is playing all the night ... so hard to sleep !!!!

Very rude staff, location of hotel is bad and overall hotel is nowhere near to 4 star chains.. would never recommed this

Property is located in middle of no where.. It is very difficult to get taxis .. No ola, uber driver wants to come to the location.. Also,Umrao has a strict policy of no outside food allowed..so you cannot order food online and get it delivered. This is because umrao wants to sell food from inhouse restaurant which is 20 times costly than most reputed food chaim and restaurants in India! Also the gatekeepers are so rude that they want to peep in your bag even if you have passed the security metal detector with bag!! Staff in reception does not have a basic customer service ethics, manners and are very rude! Hotel room has some background sound always coming from somewhere.. No soundproofing! very disturbing if you want a peaceful sleep! This is nowhere near to 4 star ..
