Luxurious feel, especially in the pool area Staff are lovely and the chefs do a great job Nice area away from the main road but close walking distance to everything we needed

Pressure of the shower and the bed was too firm for my husband

Hospitality of staff, they went above and beyond Very secluded and well looked after hotel Delicious food in the restaurant Yoga with Putu (I hoped there were more yoga classes)

Nothing, except getting a phishing email to send money via crypto during the reservation

Excellent resort

Unfortunately I got sick once I have arrived Jakarta so I had to go to the hospital once I have arrived Bali. Staff were very helpful once they knew my condition and did all their effort to provide the help that I need. Thank you again for your caring!!

Very good

Nice hotel in a close location to the centre but at the same time distanced from it. Code and quiet we loved the restaurant and the pool.

Guest rooms (not cottages) are a little too small.

The staff was amazing, they were very polite, kind and very helpful

The food wasnt good at all and very expensive cleaning sometimes wasnt good either (they didnt refill shower gel, shampoo, etc) we sent some cloths to laundry but was not clean at all

Amazing resort and room. Restaurant was decent as well.

The resort was amazing. The restaurant was really nice. The staff were really good and attentive. The room, bathroom and pool was very nice.

The location seems quite close to Ubud centre however its quite deceiving as we were a good 25/30 minutes away. But taxis were accessible so was too bad. Couldnt get much use out of the pool as the water turned green because of the flower pool I had arranged. Used the resort pool and it ruined our swimwear as they got covered in algae. They offered a complementary wash for the clothes but it didnt come off but other than that everything else was really good. The pools just need more regular cleaning and maintenance.
