I am sorry I decided to try a different hotel than Four Season that I normally use.

Location

It is a rezidans not really a hotel all priorities beeing given to the rezidans owners, the room views has got nothing to so with the pictures beeing used on the advertisement unless you go for a suite that will cost you more than double price, some rooms were under construction and with the rezidans rooms you get only few options. They throw you in a room at nowhere that 80% of the view are buildings.

I am very dissapointed .The manager was terrible ,the stuff is unpleasant . I had trouble with my credit card but my stay was fully paid .We are talking about $23,000 paid . I lost my credit card and ask the bank for replacement .Meanwhile I was asking hotel to give me few days .They treated me like I am criminal .Very unpleasant .My room couches are ripped and the furniture does not look like 5 star hotel . Very sad ...I am traveling all over the work and stayed in St Regis many times . The ocean and beach was dirty ......time to pick up guys

The hotel was exceptional. And the location with the view was magnificent.

The only available parking was valet and the hotel charges about $58/night to park, and this is on top of the charges for staying at the hotel. It should be included.
