Hotel is sprawling - we had to make our way through an chicane around restaurant from our room in the art deco section to get anywhere else in the hotel / to the beach.

Not worth the money spent !

Location was really good, breakfast buffet was excellent and Sunday brunch had a huge offering and really good quality. The concierge team was really helpful as well.

The hotel is tired and needs a refurbishment ASAP if they want to keep charging what they do. I got a studio overlooking the courtyard which was terrible since there was loud music playing until late almost every night. Im young and I understand that this might be the case on the weekends but it wasnt just on the weekend. Service at the pool area is terrible. All staff members are chilling at the entrance kiosk talking to each other and no one is going around the pools to serve the guests. I waited 20 until I went and fetched someone so that I can order and when my order came I needed some salt and pepper so I wanted an other 15 until I went and asked for it. Last, is the front office team with which Ive had one of the worst experiences Ive ever had in a 5* hotel in my life. Making a long story short super unprofessional and inhospitable. Worst service Ive ever seen both check in and check out.

Good location with wonderful staff, great restaurants and beach, complimentary transportation around the area

Had to wait 2 hours after my check in time at 4:00pm for my room to be ready. The room was dirty. Floor had dust and dirt everywhere and the glass in the shower and toilet areas needed to be cleaned. Did not have anything in my room I requested on the preference form they send you before your stay. I expect more from a hotel that costs this much.
