Incredible views of the bay. The location is excellent with train station a 2 minute walk from the lobby.

They charge you to use the swimming pool. $78 Australian per adult and about $20 per child. Room service is closed at midnight which was very unexpected for such a big hotel.

Just a normal hotel, nothing special.

Location.

During check out, I had to phone them to follow up our luggages that needed to be brought at the hotel lobby. They were too slow. Room cleaning service is bad. The room was still dirty when we came back. The restaurants lunch buffet was terrible.

All good except room sizes

Breakfast is amazing. Really nice spa. Executive lounge is great. Location is great.

They sold us a 2 person room as a 4 person room, they literally put 2 extra beds in a room that barely fits 2, the chairs and coffee table had to be placed almost on top of each other to fit. For a 5 star hotel and price we paid, this was an insult. I had to waste a lot of time to get moved. They upgraded us to make it better, so we were ok after couple of days, but still...

Great location. A few mins walk to metro and malls. Nearby malls have all the major brands and less crowds

The hotel is quite old. Furnitures are a a bit worn out. However the beds are clean and comfortable
