The place was nice in decoration and the room was nice. the spa was great. We got great massages but there were limited slots. Location was fine to get around.

The staff was not helpful. I had to make multiple calls to get help with one thing. That is not the service I was expecting at a 5star hotel. Would rather stay in a different hotel for this kind of money.

Very luxurious stay, super cozy and helpful staff.

It was beautiful and very lavish. The bathtub was amazing and we got anything we asked for extremely quickly.

The reception wasnt very friendly and it seemed they added up extra costs beyond the booking.com price.

Welcoming friendly & approachable.

Every single thing especially the food. & can I mention there was a staff member namedAkhilesh from the leela concierge he was so helpful & made are whole stay a 10/10 helped us no end when we had a problem with our uber.

The hotel and all staff are incredible. The stay was the best Ive experienced in India.

Excellent service and attention to detail. Mark, the restaurant manager at Cafe Knosh was fantastic, he was engaging and treated guests like royalty. Even the tip doesnt do justice to his service. The finer details like remembering my preferred pillow make this return stay exceptional.

Nothing to dislike.
