Modern hotel in excellent location

Location of the hotel is great just off Connaught Place and with easy access to the Metro (Rajiv Chowk station) and lot of restaurants around for dinner and breakfast. Staff was really helpful especially Pawan assuring to accommodate room service according to our needs as we had to do some remote work. Restaurant and bar area are nice for a drink. In case you don't opt for hotel breakfast there is a great local and cheap place (Jain Chawal Wale) close by to fulfill all your cravings.

Room was quite small and didn't feel spacious. As one of us had to do some remote work, the working station in the room also was very narrow. Value for money in Delhi is hard to get as price levels for all hotels are pretty steep compared to other locations. But overall The Connaught offers a good package.

Great location to stay

Room was nice, cosy with confortable bed. There was Christmas carols and live music (a lady singer) at the bar area. Good choice of variety of food at the restaurant. Location is perfect as the busy Connaught Place is nearby where one can find restaurants & bars.

Our room was right in front of the lift and gets noisy with other guests returning late at night and chatting in loud voices

Great location, amazing staff - 3 years in a row

It was virtually impossible to reach this hotel via phone/bot/chat from New York. So when I booked it, they didn't have the room I wanted. None the less, the staff was very accomodating especially Vibhor and Sunny on the last day of our stay. They offered complimentary breakfast for my son as we had to checkout by 8am.

The hotel could not provide me with premium/executive rooms or even connecting rooms. No real spa facilities at this location. I have been staying here every year for the past 3 years. I love the location, staff and environment in general. This year, it was virtually impossible to reach this hotel via phone/bot/chat from New York. I also stayed at the Taj in Amber this year and when compared to the Taj in Amber, the Connaught felt a bit short.

It was a comfortable stay. Staff were helpful. Food was average. Beautiful decor of the hotel, creating a quaint ambience.

We arrived after a long flight and was not offered a welcome drink. Rooms were too small with a view of the hockey field. (Didn't mind it). No help from security when taking a taxi from the hotel gate. Staff were not able to help with signing up for rewards club.We stayed during the Christmas period and we didn't feel very festive at the hotel.
