Superb

We are enjoy our stay at Sofitel

Breakfast is delicious. Room space is spacious and clean, very comfortable.

Dinner buffet is the mostly in Middle Eastern style, no much choice in Western or Chinese food options, but overall the food still is delicious.

Location

The bed wasnt comfortable, the toilet didnt have a shataf water hose (this is a basic here) , cleaning personnel had bad personal hygiene , the flush of the bathroom wasnt working properly. Windows are very dirty

Great value for money.

Clean, quiet, easily accessible and has multiple restaurants offering a variety of cuisines.

Check-in took long, and our rooms were not ready, way beyond check-in time of 3pm.

Overall good experience, however its not value for money!

Excellent Location Wonderful Breakfast Parking Access & Valet

flexibility and willing to help were missing at the receptionist side. Bathroom is a miss without embedded water access

Awesome experience

Property is amazing located and staff was absolutely friendly and co-operating. We had medical need and in 5:30am in the morning they organised everything. Being visitor to the city it was helpful and so kind.

Fell well below the basic expectations of a 5* hotel let alone a Sofitel. Deeply disappointing and enough to steer me away from all Accor hotels. I will not recommend the chain to anyone anymore.

Disappointing

First and last residence.

- Staff very kindly and collaboratively. - The view was not bad.

- There is no bathroom bidet. - The bed is not comfortable. - There is a shortage of room supplies (slippers, towels, bathrobes, tissues, cans of drinking water). - Cups and glasses are not clean. - The buffet does not contain worthy dishes.
