Terrible customer service
The manager and front desk were extremely rude. For a customer service position, they have terrible skills. Never offer to help or work with us to have our reservation squared up.
They never found my reservation until I left to a different hotel. The manager instead of act as a mediator between the front desk staff and the customer, started raising her voice. Very unprofessional for being a manager.

We travel to Houston from MO alot. Hampton is our go to safe dependable place to rest. Shalyn. And Kendra were quick to address any issues I had. Will stay again. Always comfy bed.
Our bathroom floor was just nasty. I reported it and the manager was a doll. Went above and beyond. To fix issue. Thank you Kendra.

Perfect location in Shreveport/Bossier
Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fantastic with a little something for everyone. The staff, especially the cook Valerie, were so kind and friendly.

I would recommend this hotel for your stay.
The staff was nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good as well.
