The best new hotel in Mombasa

Clean, modern, welcoming hotel in Mombasa. Strong AirCon in the very clean rooms. Whitney at reception and Patreshy at the restaurant were great. Every need was promptly attended to. Recommended!

At only 20 min drive from airport, ideal for short stays. Very friendly and helpful staff!! Excellent taxi service from hotel with luxus van

The room door is poorly insulated and you get all the noise of what is going on outside.

Very good

Sapphire has some points that are really great: the staff, the breakfast, the room/bed is comfortable, but still there is something missing to give a 10/10 feeling. Restaurant food was great and staff really friendly.

The hallway doesn't really look nice/comfortable, but the hotel is doing some renovation. Wifi was also not the best. Music played until 23.30, which made it hard for me to sleep.

Absolutely amazing experience.

Very honest staff. Helpfull, they go the extra mile to make your experience pleasant. Absolutely loved my stay here. The rooms are spacious with a balcony as well as added bonus. The room was always cool after an extremely hot day. Feels refreshing going back to the room
