Stay was not up to our expectation

The room service was good, and the staff was very good and friendly.

We stayed for 2 nights. All 3 days breakfast was only 1 type of Indian vegetarian breakfast. You could spread at least few varieties of Indian vegetarian breakfast. Bakery items also very less. The hash brown was very hard as it is micro-waved.

The Lift Access Is Horrible in between Floors

Staff were amazing! Rooms looked like they were made for classical era and it's so cute. The whole theme of the hotel including it's exterior is so aesthetic! It's near EVERYTHING - grocery stores, shopping stores, other hotels, it's located at a central area with great restaurants nearby. It's very accessible! Bathtub

Lifts - I understand that hotel security is a must BUT isn't that what CCTVs are for? Coz I booked 3 rooms, 2 are on the same floor while the royal family suite was on the 2nd floor. Going to the other floors was so inconvenient coz you have to go all the way to the ground floor, ask someone from the other floor room to fetch you before you can access their floor...it's like taking a flight and having a layover at the ground floor before you arrive at your destination lol We didn't have this issue in Dubai hotels...maybe it's just how Abu Dhabi hotels work? Not sure. Access Cards - I don't know why but our access cards keep getting deactivated after the day and it's so inconvenient to keep asking front desk to reactivate or give us a new one...

Check in went smoothly, although a little slow Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food for all palettes Rooms were fantastic, comfortable, clean and larger than expected The hotel is beautiful and well located Staff were very frindly and helpful

Incredible price-performance ratio!

Royal Rose is a very nice place and the staff was nice and very professional. We particularly liked the rooftop pool and the breakfast.

A good overnight prior to departing from cruise terminal in Abu Dhabi.

Did not have breakfast. Rooms were spotlessly clean.

Staff were pleasant and efficient but not what I would call welcoming. The hotel appearance will appeal to those with a flair for the ornate and rococo; classic lovers of clean lines may prefer more simple surroundings.

Royal Rose Hotel a place to stay while in Abudhabi.

The physical appearance of the hotel is better than in photos indicated on the booking site. The staff from the hotel are professional, very welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel is very good near to everything like restaurants, transport, pharmacies & supermarkets. The swimming pool was open during the recommended time.and the life savers were available all the time. Breakfast was nice and the time was extended from 10:30am to 11:00am to enable those that came late to get a bite.

The cleaning staff is very friendly and helpful.

The staff at reception are not accommodating at all. I had sent 2-3 requests for early check-in. The property indicated on email that they will accommodate us on arrival. However, the Aian gentleman requested 200 Dirhams for early check-in. That is not fair, and in principle, it is unacceptable after requesting early checkin and receiving a response.
