Amazing 10 night restful stay

All the staff are amazing especially the Manor Club and Glo bar, the pool and pool area are immaculately clean, with bottled water on ice provided on arrival.

Ok but wouldnt write home about it.

Great location.

The pool doesnt get much sun. Only very early in morning or late in evening so if youre after relaxing by the pool, its not good. I think it was rather expensive and the windows were very dirty which was disappointing given the fireworks on NYE and the cost.

Wonderful stay but needs a few minor improvements.

Wonderful customer of service. Uche as concierge was very helpful in solving our delayed baggage issue and Mr T helped us out with our booking for the New Years Eve party at the Hidden Bar. Great location for the firework display. Access to the Galleria shopping mall and promenade outside to walk along. Has gym and pool.

Windows of the room could have been cleaner. Housekeeping did not come to clean the room. We had to call them up to remind them to do so. We booked our reservation for the New Years Eve Party a long time ago, but they did not get back to us and did not have our seats confirmed at the front which was a bit of a disappointment. Room rate was very expensive, but it was New Year. Some of the plugs in the room did not work properly.
