Ocean suite is highly recommended

OCEAN SUITE is an experience - do not be put off by the price. It is worth it. Service was excellent at every step. Yes the suite is in a 'different' part of the resort, but this is because you are actually staying 'behind the scenes' of the aquarium. Amazing.

Once in a lifetime experience

Sleeping off and waking up to the view of the playful sea life in the comfort of your bed. The kids love the mini outdoor pool.

The sofa bed could have been better and maybe considering having retractable gates at both ends of the staircase.

disappointed with the room state but overall a nice stay to recover from the daily grind

The aquarium lighting And the ambiance created by the nicely designed room . Although the one we were in seemed a little worn. Staff were very friendly and polite .

There was renovations or repairs going on well into our stay . Drilling and hammering could be heard . We were given a room so close to the common walkway . The tub water was brown rusty . And lots of material was seen coming out of the pipes. I guess from the renovations. Or repairs.

Unforgettable luxurious experience

The property is pure luxury. The friendly staff & butler go to so much effort to make you feel welcomed & taken care of. The room is absolutely amazing, its a special unforgettable experience everyone should experience. It was our birthday celebrations & they surprised us with a beautiful cake, card & bed decorations. Its a stay we will never forget it will always be a very special experience

RUDE STAFFS! SAVE YOUR MONEY GO OTHER HOTELS.

So-so, not worth the value.

Very unhelpful and unfriendly staff. They cant wait to run away all the time and even try to avoid eye contact so they dont need to help you even when you are standing in front of them. Staff also tried to reject my check in rudely when i am the main booker, everything was paid by me, I even own the account that booked this room. The staff rudely said you either call booking.com yourself now to ask to change to your name or we have to reject your check in as you didnt write your name as the check in person. She then put my ID in the table and look away and continued to do her own things when I havent answer what Im gonna do. So disgusted by their attitude. FYI the one who served me was a female Chinese manager, I did not manage to get the name. Also I requested for ice to be sent to my room via phone call, in-room dining asked me to go get it myself or be ready for them to charge me $11 service charge. I called the front desk and they arranged the ice to be sent to my room for free. What a lousy 5 star hotel that dont know what they are doing at all. Hope you can sack and rehire all your staff. Dont know why they hate their job so much that they had to treat customers this way.
