Great value and close to the airport and cruise terminal. Very friendly staff, clean.

Location to airport and cruise terminal. It was very handy to be so close to both.

It would have been nice to have a coffe station for guests. The vending machine for coffee was out of service.

Disappointing

My money disappeared from my room and the staff seemed to be careless when reported. I had to wait till 9:30am for the manager to arrive . She didnt show any empathy for my situation and according to her she checked cameras but nothing was showed to me. My room Was flooded and they gave me another one. I was told I could love anytime on my convenience and I left for dinner at the OLD Toms just inside the hotel . Next morning my whole cash was missing from my wallet. (2.5k)

We didnt pay a lot for the room. You get what you pay for.

There was sufficient parking available.

There was no elevator. We had to walk a long way with luggage to the stairs where we had to climb to the second floor. We got a room with a king sized bed that had three small pillows which was insufficient. The bathroom looked really old and in need of renovation.

Disappointing and Im afraid I would not stay there again.

Close to the airport and had sun loungers by the pool.

Bedding was dirty with holes in. TV had a line on the screen. Carpet was dusty. Pool was not clean. Our flight was 11pm in the evening but our cruise arrived on shore early so I contacted the hotel to request an early check in and explained that we would be checking out at 8pm and not staying the full evening. I did not receive anything to say that this would be a problem. Upon arrival we were charged an extra $20 to check in a couple of hours earlier. The hotel was not fully booked and had a number of spare rooms.
