Very comfortable stay

Location is very handy for easy access to shopping malls and highway. Very helpful and courteous staff in all departments. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread is great! Tattva spa is wonderful too.

when i entered i was a bit apprehensive about the safety and cleanliness etc of the hotel as it seemed a bit deserted at night and there werent many staff as well.However i was pleasantly surprised..there was an issue with the internet when i arrived which left me really frustrated but the it guy came the next morning and sorted it out and was very courteous and helpful and went out of his way to make sure all my devices were working

when I arrived the internet in my room wasnt working and later on i found out from the it guy that the router had been switched off.One particular day the phones werent working and it was a hellish experience to order room service

Disappointing!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good in terms of spread, options and taste, however seating is pretty limited. Be prepared to wait for a chance to sit. In fact, there was one instance where someone just came and took my table when I went to get my breakfast. Needs better management with regards to sitting.

AC takes forever to cool and has absolutely no pressure with regards to air flow. I had it on 16 and never cooled the room. Rooms are outdated and not clean. Stains on couch and bathroom tiles are dirty and mouldy. Room was pretty small and view was terrible. I was In 409. Overall, not once I felt that i was in a Radisson property and there is no way I would call it a 5 star property. And my biggest complaint, how can you not be entitled to Radisson rewards just cos i booked the room via Booking.com?? I'm still paying full price and staying at the hotel right?
