Great staff. Great Food. Great service. Amazing accommodation and absolutely comfortable and big rooms.

The hotel is really good that it is always busy at the reception. Though there are many staff members, it took more time than expected.

Good and one of the oldest 5 star hotels near the airport

Excellent staff in the SPA especially the ones in the Gym and Pedicure Manicure service. Also, Ajay, from the staff in the lobby, has provided excellent service and unparallel attention over the many years of my visiting this hotel

Facilities need updating. The floor by the pool needs to have some kind of anti-slippery surface to avoid injury

Great pool area, very clean

Prices are ridiculously high inside compared to outside of the hotel, was quoted 2200rupes for a 5min taxi to the airport when it was 130rupes on Uber. Rooms could do with some updating I found reception staff rude, serving multiple people at once with a poor attitude. the staff atmosphere/ vibe seemed to be low, no one was smiling and reception staff snapped at the bell boys. Ive stayed in many hotels in India & this was the most expensive with the worst attitude. Entered the hotel with intense security, pat downs, bag scanners & metal detectors which felt abit much when the searches were so slapdash anyway. Not what youd like after just arriving from an airport.
