We had wonderful stay and had already book for another comeback for our anniversary again.

Everything. Design, view, decor, staffs, amenities, service is superb.

Door slamming is very loud and get be quite annoying especially at night

Overall, we enjoyed our 4nights stay in this hotel, Ill recommend this to family and friends.

The property is beautiful and clean, our room is spacious for couples, all the things you need are complete, like hair dryer, clothes iron and coffee maker with complimentary coffee. They also have complete toiletries. The staffs are very accommodating. The hotels location is near to every tourist spot and there is a bus station across the street

What we didnt like is just the housekeeper didnt vacuum our room everytime they changed or clean our room. It would be perfect if they vacuum our room.

Good location but.....

The restaurant "Entrepot"(for lunch and dinner) is very good. The menu is very nice, many dishes were tried, and the cost very reasonable, and much better comparing with all the other restaurants in this area as well in the town. The service of the restaurant personnel, for lunch and dinner was also good. There is coffee and tea machine in the room. During the breakfast time , there is a cook preparing eggs on the spot. The breakfast is not exceptional, however it includes the basic with regards to the western cuisine, most of the hotels in the area serve mostly chinese dishes.

Although in the booking.com platform it is clearly mentioned that "room service" is provided, actually no such service is available and same was confirmed with the reception staff. During the breakfast offers in the morning in the hotel restaurant, there was a bad practice of the personnel serving the coffee to certain persons while they were refusing to others, enforcing them to stay in the long qeue of the automatic coffee machine, I tried to identify their criteria but i did not manage to discover anyway this issue gave a bad impression, and it was observed several times during the seven days of our stay.

Staycay for a night for couple.

The staffs was super friendly especially the manager Daryl (I really hope I got his name correct!!), where he surprised us with a slice of cake to congratulate on our occasion. It was a nice surprise and thoughtful gesture. We enjoyed the stay with a good window view and complimentary drinks.

We didn't explore the room so we didn't know there was extra pillow inside the cabinet. Also the room wasn't that cooling as we think that the air conditioning system is centrally controlled. It should be due to the hotel' s sustainability program. My partner was feeling stuffy due to this..
