The suite I received was quite big and clean compared to the other 2 rooms that my friends received. Sea view is laughable, and wouldn't recommend this for a sea-view stay.

The place was not maintained well enough. Things were starting to breakdown - Like the jacuzzi. I'm not sure anyone would want to step into it without booking an appointment with the doctor for some tetanus shot or other infection. Not entirely the hotel's fault, as the salty sea breeze can do that. But still the owners should be stepping up their maintenance of the property.

The home on the beach

Location, staff behaviour, cleanliness, food, behaviour of all the reception people including Polita Fernandez, Srinivas, Shiva and all the house keeping and cleaning people specially Babu(Shashank) and his both the associates. The cook Chetan and both the security people deserve a special mention

The lane to sea beach should be completed for the last few meters
