Simple but new and comfortable hotel in great location.

New and modern furnishings. Simple room but very comfortable bed and pillows. Location 5 mins from Tower Bridge . With a co op and convenience shops / coffee places near by

If you have a neighbour that lets the door slam its very loud and shakes the walls. On this occasion I stayed New Years Eve so of course the price was very high but I looked at other dates during the year and I think usually its a very fair price

Location is close to multiple tube stations. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean (a bit small)

Had an amazing one night stay, the staff were lovely and the rooms were clean and comfortable! Would stay again

Like everything about the property. Staff were very friendly rooms are nice.

In the rooms we didnt get no glasses, No water, No biscuits for the teas, The value of the money for 1 night wasnt too great too

Good value, clean and cozy

Location was great and the rooms while a bit small were clean and comfortable. It was raining and we werent prepared but my wife asked where we could buy an umbrella and they gave us one to use while there for free. Super convenient for Tower of London and Jack the Ripper Museum and tour.

Shower was slippery when soaping up.

Does the job. Value for money

Location, cleanliness and staff. Its my go to hotel when I stay in London. Its had a little bit of a makeover and the reception area is warm and inviting. Love that everything matches - even the Christmas trees!
