The heritage building, quality of furnishings, overall upkeep, and staff attentiveness were perfect. The room was huge, well furnished and clean.

Felt that the hotel could benefit from additional funishings to give it a warmer feel. Although well furnished, it felt sparse for the size of space and a bit cold. The restaurants could also do with a warming up of the decor. We were in a luxury suite, the sitting room was huge with a lot of empty space, suggest a 4-6 seater dining table would fill out the room perfectly and bring it all together into a more homely feel.

Beautiful heritage hotel, peaceful environment, excellent service, exceptional staff.

The heritage room facilities are outdated. The room was cold, we got a heater but it was still a bit uncomfortable.

A well priced hotel with amazing staff.

The room was spacious and well presented. The bathroom was 10/10 - bathtub, separate shower and toilet. I ordered room service which was very nice and also well presented. The staff were amazing, very professional but welcoming. The pool was too cold to use, but it looked beautiful. Well priced hotel in my opinion.

The bed was terrible - extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom was lacking a few amenities such as cotton buds, nail file etc. This is a minor point, but I have come to expect such things in a hotel of this level. The robes were a little stained and a bit small - not big fluffy robes.

An extra $200 charge was added in the fine print

They added a $200 charge for a mandatory Christmas gala dinner in the fine print, not disclosing it with the normal amounts. I feel this is a deceptive business practice. So be careful with their fine print I guess?

This is an outstanding hotel. The best weve ever stayed in.

We loved the classic grandeur of Maidens and the peaceful relaxed atmosphere. The perfect tonic to the (slightly bonkers, but great) busyness of Old Delhi. The staff were attentive to a level weve never experienced before. We loved our stay and would do so again without hesitation. Also, we were staying for our honeymoon. When we arrived, everyone we met knew and congenial acted us on our marriage throughout our stay. We were also welcomed with a pair of towel swans, rose petals and balloons on the bed. Later a congratulations chocolate cake was also delivered to our room. Absolutely stellar service.
