Only that the property had 4 bedrooms

The check-in time was 1 p.m. as per the booking. We reached at 3 pm as our flight got delayed. They were still cleaning the place and didn't finish till past 4 pm. as a result, which I was late for my meeting scheduled for 5 p.m. Then, when the cleaners left, the owner or Manager called Alex entered the home using his own keys instead of knocking and allowing us to open. He said hello, walked up to the 2nd floor, and started chatting with me while I was in the washroom. That was intrusive. There were no hand towels or even soap on the property. Will not book it again.

General upkeep showers didnt work well doors broken drain smelly not enough cooking utensils no frypan no batteries in downstairs tv converter fans hardly work living sofa very dirty .not comfortable with the general location back garden was unkempt grass not cut

Spacious house in Thamesmead great for large family

Big house with lots of potential. Enough space for everyone and bathrooms spotless. Kitchen functional. Could do with a dishwasher. Great access to public transport.

Although the surface were clean, bedding and towels were clean, it could do with a general deep clean. Couches and carpets need cleaning and some repair. The back garden was terrible so although we had beautiful weather, and a toddler, we were not able to even open the door.

It was a very short stay for us, wed have loved to stay for more days. Beautiful holiday home.

Absolutely beautiful and neat apartment. Comfortable for family. Very spacious rooms, good lighting, wonderful service.

All beds are double sized. One of the rooms should have a bigger sized bed for plus sized couple, otherwise, absolutely fantastic holiday home.

All the bathrooms and room size. Comfy sofas in the front room.

The garden was very unsightly. My children couldn't go in it to play due to the rubbish there and it being unkempt. The fence was missing, so the neighbours could see into the kitchen if they were in the garden. Such a shame as house ok.
