Highly recommended! Clean, secure, quiet.

Teresa was a welcoming and lovely host, sharing food with us and ensuring that we were comfortable throughout our stay. The room was very large and clean, and was secured with a digital lock. Each room has its own fridge in the kitchen, and the fridge is stocked with necessities eg butter, milk, juice, jam, cheese etc. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. There's a trader joes nearby as well as other restaurabts/cafes to grab extra supplies if needed

Nice chinies tradition house

Beautiful house, stylized to chinies. Very nice room and comfortable bed. Everything was very clean, hosts are paying a lot of attention to keep the house fresh and in order. The house has great location of you have a car. In 5-7 minutes we were able to get to the beach, airport and supermarket without heavy traffic that is regular in LA.

Little bit noisy from the airport. Breakfast was included in the price but was very humble.

Excellent stay

Exceptional Chinese furnishings. Large room with ensuite shower. Plenty of choices for included breakfast. Excellent location, within short walking distance of shops & restaurants. Well situated for rental car returns to LAX - 7 minutes drive to most agencies. Convenient gas station located near the property. Street parking was not an issue.

Great place to stay; convenient to airport.

Located just a few minutes from the airport, but our room was quiet! The bed was insanely comfortable, and the place was immaculate. Hot shower with great water pressure. The hosts were friendly, but not at all intrusive. A really good value for a Los Angeles stay!

I like how everything was set up nicely. The owner was very nice and on site in case we needed her for any reason. Restaurants are walking distance and it is close to public transportation. I'd say was like renting a room in a house but it was nice quiet clean but of course no TV. But my stay was pleasant. The continental breakfast was available around the clock.

The only thing I didn't like was I had to pay a refundable $30 fee however I was not refunded. I asked about this and was told that I'd be able to receive it back but I haven't received it yet. Otherwise everything was okay.
