Comfortable, clean neighborhood vibe in London

I love the quaint neighborhood vibe and location! It really made me trip to London complete. Sian was kind and welcoming and sent me a custom video as to how to obtain my key, as I couldnt give a definite arrival time. Looking forward to our next trip to stay longer!

Great location and communication from the Owner.

Perfect location, great communication from the owner Sin. Our room was at the top of the house and was spacious, had an amazing bathroom and a really comfortable bed. Being on a busy street it was a little noisy at night but ear plugs are provided which worked perfectly. Breakfast was lovely and Kim was really friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage on the last day which was very helpful. I thoroughly recommend the Kennington B&B.

Excellent location for central London and comfortable facility

A self-contained clean and comfortable compact facility (with bedroom, bathroom, and small sitting room with kitchen) just a few metres away from Kennington Underground station. Very comfortable bed. I liked the fact that we had direct access to the road without having to go through the B&B. Sian was a marvellous host, answering my messages promptly, providing all the information we needed to find the property and access the flat, and keeping in touch as our arrival day came nearer.

Because the location is metres away from the Underground station, I could hear the regular low rumble of the train as it passed underneath (or nearby) the property. I am a light sleeper, so I had a disturbed night, although it didn't bother my OH at all.

Very good value for money

Perfect location! 2 minutes walking from the underground and straight on the Northern line. Free parking at the weekend just behind the B&b. We were able to leave our luggages there on the day of checkout.

The bathroom was outside the room. I think there was a lot to choose from for breakfast but not great quality of the food.
