Nice location, friendly staff. Pool was also nice.

Kai restaurant was bad. Uncooked fish etc. The room maintenance and cleanliness need to be improved.

Great facilities, bit rough round the edges

The facilities at the hotel are excellent. It has a well equipped gym, an arcade, pool table. 3.5 great pools a bar by the pool and very close access to the beach. They also hosted a NYE party which was really well put together and covered by the hotel Can imagine this to be a great place to take a family on holiday. Plenty to do for all ages

Small details but the hotel staff were all very friendly just a little slow to respond and execute on items. There was a period where the bar staff at the pool had 4 customers in 1.5 hours and it looked like they were rushed off their feet. There was a lot of time spent facing the other way and taking a look at invoices, confused faces and uncertainty on who ordered what. It was strange that they waited to share invoices until the end as on almost every day they had problems giving the right invoice to the right people. I don't think people would have a problem signing it off after each order - pretty used to that at other places. We also checked out at 10.30 on our final day and planned to use the pool for 1.5 hours before moving to our next hotel. We were told we could only use it on a chargeable basis. This was quite surprising and no real alternative was offered so we left immediately for our next hotel. Left a sour note on a nice stay.

Great hotel on a lovely stretch of beach. Very family friendly.

The hotel is on a wonderful stretch of beach that is quiet by day and then gets busier at dusk. There are some great eateries near by - we enjoyed Zeebop in particular for lunch. The hotel interior is spacious and clean. The gym is well equipped. The pool side bar is fab. It's great to be able to eat your lunch while sitting in the pool. The breakfasts were really tasty. My son was ill when we arrived and I asked to Duty Manager, Veena, to get us some antibiotics. They were delivered to the hotel within the hour for 5. Incredible service! Thank you Veena!

The air conditioning in the gym wasn't working properly so it was uncomfortably hot in there. The service in the Italian restaurant was a bit hit and miss!

Great experience beyond our expectation!

The swimming pool was really good. There were 2 of them and big in size. Zero feeling of crowd and as well not stepping into others privacy. The water slider and the jacuzzi experience was great. There was a direct entry to the beach from hotel premises which was very convenient. Breakfast spread was good as well, met our expectations.

The menu option at dine-in could have been better. The in-room service menu was great but they are served only in room and not at dine-in! I was surprised to hear this. If a dish can be served at room then why not at restaurant at the same hotel!!

Disappointing

could have been much better especially with the mega premium they charge

Pool was wonderful my son played there for hours. Food quality is fantastic.

1. Ocean view rooms are facing the oceans but you cannot really see the sea (but i am still ok with this) 2. Room service needs a lot of training. You ask for a food order and the team needs to or brings the chef to answer 3.Baby Food (for a 5 year old) does not mean Khichdi said this multiple times. 4. Not accomodative in taste even when asking for specific dishes 5. AC temp could not be controlled so we manually did it through the 4 nights 6. Bed was worn out and for 30K per night i should have sued the hotel 7. We stayed with towels under neck since the bed pillows were pathetic

Superb

Beautiful resort, huge pool with a slide that our son loved! Food is really good, great selection for the breakfast buffet. Comfortable beds, all the room amenities were really nice.

It's annoying that kids are not allowed in the bar, considering it's a family orientated resort. On the morning of check out we asked for late check out and the staff were very nice to give us later check out of 12pm. However later on a other person called our room twice asking us when we're leaving as they had no idea that we had late check out. The kids activities in the fun zone are OK but not that great, and not very engaging.
