Very good

Have been coming to this hotel for several visits over about 10 years. It had deteriorated before and during the Pandemic, but the new management has started renovation & refurbishment on a war footing. Fresh paint, new air conditioning, clean passages and elevators. Pool is very clean.

Steep slope on driveway, and very steep steps from driveway to lobby entrance. Need some improvement in breakfast quality.

Hotel location is great, just up side road from jomtien beach. So easy to great song thaews to Pattaya city. Nice large room, breakfast buffet was good. Swimming pool area is great. On the whole good value for money.

The property does need a bit of a facelift, its looking a bit tired. But having said that it didnt affect our stay.

Its fine to stay here for the beach and location

Great breakfast selection, really spacious clean rooms, decent priced restaurant for lunch/dinner, so close to the beach, friendly staff, able to extend another night last minute

The facilities and hotel building itself is very dated, definitely no sauna and the gym is very limited. Have to pay 150B to use the snooker table/sauna (if there is one). Half the poolside is closed off because of repairs I think. So dont come here for its facilities. Staff a little incompetent in the restaurant, like not speaking much English and taking orders incorrectly
