JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity

1st of all inspite of booking the room category 4th floor and above the front desk lady Avneet and her colleague Mangur pushed me and my colleague to take 2nd Floor rooms telling lie that there are no rooms in 4th floor and above. Which eventually proved wrong when we showed the screenshot of booking the room specifications of 4th floor and above mentioned in the category of room and thus we paid higher room rates. If guests are not mindful then easily these JW Marriott front desk staffs intentionally give lower category room even though guest pay for higher room charge. " we are already sold in higher floor" logic doesn't play here as we are the one who book higher floor rooms and thus it should not be provided to random guest without checking room category. If this continue then it's a failure of system of room check in system here or staffs are mischievous. 2nd is the K3 restaurant staff Sanket theft our tea pouch after seeing the cost of it (more than 2K INR of 62gm) . It has been highlighted to K3 manager's and respective seniors. Nimish has found that we left our tea pouches on the breakfast table and hence he called us and said ke kept it aside. Out of trust being gentleman Nimish has handed over the tea pouches to Sanket to return us. But mischievously Sanket took it and called in our room stating someone has thrown it to dustbin with a intention of thefting it. When we went to K3 for this double miscommunication , Sanket red handedly get caught and he himself get it from the drawer where he kept the pouch after theft. Very shabby and filthy behavior by K3 staff Sanket. Not expected from JW Marriott brand hotel. It could have been something expensive out of sight people may leave and no wonder staff like Sanket can theft it and lie about it. The background checking and keeping eye on staff's behavior are thus important.
