Never again.

The location and cleanliness

The staff - were so slow in assisting, were bringing the wrong food to the table, kept calling to clear spa charges even though we paid right after the spa session, bought cold food upto the room, took the bag tags and then called us to say they lost it, after 45 minutes of not receiving the bags in the room they told us to come down to identify which 10 bags belonged to us, the staff members told each other off in front of us which was very unprofessional.

Overall its pleasant but has downsides

The room was good and neat plus the food was worth it as well.

The check in time was around 3:00 Pm and the charge was atrocious for early check in .

Overall a great regal experience.

Excellent property, very well maintained. Staff is very kind, polite and helpful. Check in & check out happened smoothly. Rooms are very clean, well planned and comfortable. Food and drinks are very good, tasty. Good stay. Highly recommended.

Disappointing, this stay was a complete let down!!!!

Numerous things, such as a long wait for breakfast (more than 45 mins), and having to follow up till midnight to get an additional bed despite having booked for 3 adults. TV remote did not work. The check-in experience was poor, and we had to wait till 4.00 pm to get our room!!!! Failed on multiple fronts.
