the hotel forced me to pay a huge amount of money . They also claim that it is for the new year All this ruined the program I had prepared for my family. I did not attend the event and they did not refund my money, which was a huge amount for me. I will not reserved in the hotel again.

All good beside the rude behavior I dont think this was acceptable

Very good location as well very very clean

We had an issue with reception desk person my wife went to get milk for my kids as we were running out she came back and realize key were left at the Appartment everyone else was sleeping she asked for the help as the desk their was no help at all they simply said we cannot help you it took 1 hour 30 mins to get her back to room even the manager was rude some reason they were not able to find us in the system I understand things happen but they just cannot say cant help you.my room was 2308
