Horrible experience for 5star cost - not worthy

Rooms are dirty, not maintained ,, staff . Cars never available... Midnite PPL ringing bells n run.. extremely unfortunate experience.. wid no explanation by any desk staff

Everything is good. All the staff are very helpful.

Recommended to book the room with pool view. My room was facing outside and the restaurant opposite the hotel had very loud disco music from Friday to Sunday and it is very difficult to sleep with such noisy music.

Front desk was excellent (Aakash) the manager was understanding & resolved the situation promptly

Good selection of food items However, coffee wasnt up to the standard Suggestion (if I may) a coffee station where guests/customers can order barista made coffee

Food and staff at the cafe were great. Room was small but had everything you need.

The property is old: the hallways look old and are dirty; carpet needs changing- the smells are embedded in the carpet. Staff is constantly patch work fixing issues- need a full overhaul!

Cleanliness and staff

I wanted to stay for 1 night and I booked 2 night by mistake. My request to change the dates wasnt accepted. I stayed for a night a few more hours and left.
