Hospitality was good. Shikara ride was exceptional. Burhan is a perfect guide that anyone would need in an unknown city. He is very helping and provided help whenever and wherever needed. He returned us our valuable item that we had forgotten at the house boat later after leaving the house boat. He helped us buy genuine saffron and dry fruits. Bathroom and property was clean. Bukhari was available which kept the property warm. Tip: Dont buy anything during the shikara ride it will too costly

In front of houseboat, it was full of weeds, grass and dirt. We booked something and we got something. Upon calling owner, he mentioned, the houseboat we were in is also owned by them (but houseboat name and pictures were completely different) Later again mentioning same, owner was kind enough and he asked to pack bag so that he can provide the actual houseboat. But as were bit tired, we stayed in same houseboat.

Amazing service, clean hotel and extremely polite and hardworking staff.

Stayed for 2days on a short trip to srinagar. Stay was comfortable and staff was very courteous. Mr. UMAR at reception has made our stay very pleasant. Food was very nice. Room offered was big enough to accommodate my family and tariff was also affordable. At last a big thanks to Mr Umar and all staff.

One of the best Houseboats in Srinagar

One of the best Houseboats in Srinagar. I searched a lot online about Houseboats but still after checking only a few reviews I chose Houseboat Exotic Shreen . Its a new build Houseboat. Rooms are Superb with all Facility. Buffet Food is also Decent. Location is Dal lake so you can easily find many Good Veg or Non Veg Restaurant.

We loved having the Houseboat experience as a private accommodation for our group of 10

We loved having the Houseboat experience as a private accommodation for our group of 10. There are 5 rooms. Wish we could have had early morning coffee and hot water all day long for showers or baths but service was great when staff was aboard the boat. Most staff, services, food, drinks came from a stationary house in the rear of the boathouse. Wi-Fi was OK, it was a unique experience that might have been more enjoyable in warmer weather. Food was excellent but you need to BYOB if you want hard liquor. Beer or wine.

Breakfast was fine.

No kashmiri experience given, as expected in a Houseboat. Cleanliness was poor. Broken washbasin, door handels, insects in the room (not mosquitoes), creaking beds, dirty washroom.

We stayed at Exotic Young Shreen on 14th August 2023. We are fully satisfied with the service provided by the staff here. Mr Dar was available at our service everytime we called him. Food was excellent in terms taste n variety. For that credit goes to John, the chef. Thank u all
