Remove the Waffle machine . It causes queues and there is a terrible waste of food.

Not satisfactory as per prices charged.

Location

Poor lift services to manage the crowd, no cleaning staff to clean the room , electrical options in the room not satisfactory as per required, dental kit not available in room , pre information about cleaning staff unavailability not given to customer.

The location was top.

We didnt had a normal shower, when we took s shower the hole bathroom was under water.. we did not had a fridge and the windows we could not open what is not cool.

2nd time staying here - great for a city break

Great location. Close to tube or walking distance to prime locations. We arrived early morning after an overnight flight and staff was able to check us in immediately which was really appreciated. Breakfast buffet had all the options and staff were friendly.

Room was spacious and i really like the view.

The cleaner was very rude and was not ready to change the sheets. Breakfast was not good. No toiletries. Got dentil kits upon asking. According to value of money i am very disappointed.

It was an average stay. I wouldn't consider staying again..

Location and out room is very good

The phone in the room was not working. I asked for it 4 times, but no one paid attention. Also, slippers were not provided and the floor was carpeted. There was no hygienic situation. Also, there was no toilet brush. This was also quite disturbing.
