even though we stayed scattered location was awesome and we enjoyed a lot.

loved the location. very close to the beach. pool was very nice. staff was friendly. .

we were 6 families and they booked us for two villas of 3 bedrooms each and I learned there was only one vila like that and our group has to get scattered rooms. hotel staff kicked the kids out of the pool in our absence because they were in crocs in the area.

Budget, nice & clean stay for group of people

The place was quite close to the beach. It was more homely. The owner was also very friendly. They arranged everything that was required from cars to food to liquors.

Food taste could have been better but was served hot.

Superstay close to our favourite Calangute Beach

We loved North Goa and we loved our stay . Everything was perfect as per our requirement and preferences. We just loved the place. Very well maintained. Location was perfect . Calangute beach was 5 mins walk away. We enjoyed the pool alot. it was or reunion party. Highly recommend

The villa is awsome, met all our expectation. All the amenities were provided includes House cleaning , kitchen utensils , clean pool, hot water and other required things. Especially host Asha is Affable easy to reach out and responded with in no time.I definetly recommend this place.

Very nice place

Beach was quite close to the property. we all used to go for walk on the beach in the early morning and late night. It was heavenly . Well maintained villa with nice and big pool. We had wonderful stay here. This is not in the crowded area of Calangute so Beach was much cleaner and nicer than Baga .

There should be some more chairs in the small garden lawn area since we were bigger group. Rest all was very good and satisfied.
