Short, sweet and to my liking. Would love to come back.

The staff was very friendly, prompt, and efficient. Kudos to the Chef for setting up a brilliant variety of dishes for breakfast, all of which were well made. The staff were more than happy to make us feel comfortable during our stay.

The shortcomings include the lack of information conveyed before the stay begins. For example, usually hotel rooms have a booklet with numbers for housekeeping, the reception, dining hall and so on. Otherwise, the numbers are provided on the phone. Both were missing and I had to call the reception every time.

We had a good night before flying back home.

Overall the hotel was good, including the dinner. The transport to the terminal was also convenient and well arranged.

The too heavy cover on the bed and the sink fawcett of the bathroom.

The duvets need to be changed. In room 307, the duvet got collected in the cover and it was impossible to straighten it.

No other hotel has ever provided this kind of efficient and prompt service as this. Right from Chef Daleep Singh to Sheetal, the loyalty manager to Shubham and Sonu in the restaurant.. each person gave their best. Food is par excellence. And this is a critical foodie and a hotelier saying so !

Room was in bad state of disrepair and bedding wasnt clean. The location is not in Aerocity as advertised.

Excellent service

Customer service was excellent, throughout. Anjali, Sonu Singh, Bharat, Pupul, Buddhi are only some of the staff that helped us enjoy our stay at the hotel and made us feel very special. We were so impressed, that we have requested another night's stay before we go back to London.
