Nice area. Tongo restaurant was nice just wish everything would have been perfect on our stay.

Property was nice and fancy but

we had an issue with toilet which wasnt a big deal in reality it is for the price I paid. Found someones pubic hair or armpits hair on toilet and in bath tub as well. Kinda ruined it for me being I spent 900$ on something where Ive had cleaner for 150$ a night but. Oh well my first time with you guys years back was better I didnt complain to reception because I hate to complain but the stay was most definitely not worth the price paid.

Five-Star infrastructure - inappropriate service

The room was very clean, nicely furnished with a very comfortable bed. The city view was wonderful. Free wifi was included in the booking, but an access code was just available after request from the service team. In general, it appears embarrassing for a five-star hotel charging for wifi.

The booking actually included complementary water. However, it was not available in the room. We joined the Cirque Bar for cocktails. First, we waited more than 15 min to order cocktails. Later, we had waited another 15 min to pay, before I decided to return the empty glasses to the bar on my own and to signal my intention to pay. Therefore, the service at the Cirque bar was inappropriate for a five-star hotel.
