Enjoyed our stay but hope property takes constructive points

- gardens well maintained and lots of nature - food was very good, not high standard but met our expectations - dive centre was good - snorkelling was great but FYI the reef is dead for anyone who is into coral - beautiful lights and festivities - room was lovely and housekeeping great and brilliant drying rack outside - check in and out was great - transport organised and fantastic! - great value for money - lovely anniversary gifts on arrival!!!! Very thoughtful

- WiFi was very bad (I know its the Maldives and you are meant to relax but sometimes you need to at least get on the internet or download photos!) - lack of sun beds in the quieter side and general and a lot of broken ones - only a thin sheet provided unless you use dirty unwashed blanket in wardrobe - having to pay for water at dinner times, be more sustainable and install a filtered machine and give people reusable bottles like elaidhoo! - staff generally unfriendly - towels were lacking in room and nowhere to replace beach towels easily - no fresh juice at lunch times, concentrate!!! Despite being in a tropical location, had to pay extra for fresh - no sparkling wine by glass, or in any cocktails, very limited to vodka, wont take any requests for anything off the menu (personal preference) - could do more for coral conservation since reef is dead

Fabulous - an islsnd to truly unwind on!

One of the best things about being at this resort is the vibe. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the location of course is amazing. We stayed half board and that worked out to be a good option for us. Breakfast and dinner buffet was very good, with lots of choice, good quality and variety from day to day. We stayed for 5 nights and chilled out to the max! Good value and the experience overall feels more high end than the price would suggest. Transfers are seamless and the rooms are clean and very pleasant - most are located no more than a stones throw from the beautiful sea. Thoroughly recommend!

We were initially given room 59, and as this is quite close to the island power plant we asked to be moved. We had to wait a little while as this was sorted out, but within a couple of hours we were moved to 91, which was super. My advice would be to request not to have room 59, as there is a constant tractor like hum which is audible from the porch of the room - its not especially loud, but we found it a little distracting and detracted from the peace and tranquility we were looking for. Absolutely no issues otherwise.

They charge exorbidently for every small thing as their is no nearby market. Staff in Maldives in general is not that friendly as in other countries like Thailand

A bit disappointing Resort

The reef is nice, a lot of fishes & sharks around the island. The food was decent. The staff is quite friendly and they even made me a surprise for my birthday.

The room - The room is quite dark, smells like mold and the walls were shriveled. The furniture is quite old. The outdoors - the sun beds are quite old also and a bit dirty, the pillows for the sunbeds are really dirty and smelly. Also, there was a rat or some sort of rodents on the island. Food - the food is decent, however if you choose a full board package you won't receive water at the restaurant not even for breakfast (you get 2 bottles of tap water per day in your room). The free coffee and tea were terrible. However, the espresso at the main bar is good. Trips & activities - we took a trip organized by the resort (island hopping), which was terrible - they say you can see some local islands and learn about local people and their culture, however we just walked around the islands, had a drink at a local bar (where the guide took us) and went to a souvenir shop (also recommended by the guide). They also took us near a sandbank, but there were some people there having a barbeque, so it didn't quite look like a dream landscape. So it's a total lie.

Coral garden is amazing! It is crazy how you can spend the whole day doing snorkeling around the resort. We had a lot of fun on that.

The treatment from the reception people were not the best.

Very good

Amazing week, natural island with an amazing reef for snorkeling.

The Island and Reef are just amazing to do snorkel. The ambiance is calm and slowlife. The hotel is not luxurious but everything you need, maintaining the essence of the island and nature, which is amazing. The food buffet has a lot of variety and every day the theme changes, amazing grill and pasta.

The rooms are basic, however would be amazing to be updated. Also, having full board, the water during meal periods should be included.
