Amazing location and beautiful, quiet street. Elaine was very friendly and nice to chat to and also offered some great tips for getting around. Good breakfast and kindly offered options for my dietary requirements. House and room were very cosy and clean, with plenty of room for all our luggage and good wifi! Overall great stay and experience

Excellent stay. Would definitely recommend.

Loved the room and the spacious balcony. Elaine is a very good host, always pleasant and helpful especially on our last day allowing us the use of the room well after check out time. Dolly the dog is a darling.

Nothing to complain about the house is quirky and full of interesting belongings that Elaine has collected during her extensive travels.

Beautiful house awesome location. Elaine runs a tight ship and didnt seem happy with our group.

The location was awesome. Close to everything. Walking distance to shops and eateries. Beautiful property comfy bed.

Shower was over the bath and was very slippery when entering. Elaine wasnt happy when we arrived due to us being late. We had no wifi so were unable to let her know our flight had been delayed. There were 5 of us in our party using 2 rooms. There were also other guests staying but I got the feeling Elaine found us a bit too much. No laundry facility.

Lovely home, basic breakfast, good location

Gorgeous house, on a lovely street in a good location. It felt very homely. Close to Hollywood and Beverly Hills.

Bed was very noisy - it squeaked every time you moved Decorators in whilst we were there - I probably wouldve waited until I had no guests to get them in

A home from home

Great location between Hollywood and Sunset Boulevards. Comfortable room, very clean. Elaine was very friendly, we enjoyed our breakfast chats with her and other guests. Would highly recommend

Outstanding B&B with terrific host in great location

The host, Elaine, is very welcoming, ready to give great local advise and help with any questions. Accessibility (parking!) and location are excellent. The room was in good condition and we felt very comfortable during our stay.
