Location, view was pretty good.

Small room and poor ventilation . And looked wasnt as per shown in pictures. I highly recommend to IT team have a look through it.

Nice comfortable stay not far from main city centre and close to airport.

Nice space. Good to have kitchenette to cook up meals in. Nice view over the lake.

Expensive to park on site. Not any other options to park elsewhere.

Very happy overall. Will not hesitate to recommend anyone looking at a beautiful spot to stay in Queenstown.

Tranquil with Fantastic views at your doorstep of the lake n mountains. Low rise, quiet and spread out. Staff are excellent: professional, knowledgeable, most helpful & courteous... and go the extra mile. Comfortable bed, sofa, kitchen with amenities and spacious. Hotel offers free drink vouchers if u don't need the room made up. That is a great initiative as we don't see the need to have the room cleaned every day.

A bit far from town. If u are not driving, will have to take a taxi or boat to town, which costs$10 each way per person.

This was just a wonderful place to stay. Would highly recommend it!

We were 'upgraded', as the Double Tree was being renovated, so ended up staying in the 'Residence' apartments. Because of this we were also able to access the indoor 25 metre heated pool - wonderful. Location is breathtaking, with exceptional views, right on the lake frontage.

Very poor

Very bad house keeping standards

Close to airport. Front desk are friendly.

There is no real apologies other than verbally said sorry for the bed was not fully made- missing pillow cases and a mess. Single bed came with double size duvet which was super inconvenient.. the sheet was totally separated in the morning and went to the floor in the morning. I was unable to go back to sleep. Terrible. We stayed a couple of nights however the house keeper did not wipe the dead Mosquitoes on the sink.
