Superb

Pleasant stay with value for money

Hotel is located on the main road that leads to the beach. I was lucky to get parking space without any hustle. Staff was polite. Room was excellent. Big room with a big bed and seating area. They provide mini-bar and digital locker inside the room. Overall experience was good. Worth the money you spend on the room. I will definitely stay here from now on whenever I go to Calangute.

Rude and ill-behaved staff

The room

The staff who were uncourteous, rude and ill-behaved. There is construction work going on in the hotel which was very disturbing during the day and the staff refused to acknowledge it. When we tried to complain against the receptionist named Ankita, the other guy David just laughed in our faces. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour
