First off, the rooms are small. We were there for 5 days and there is no dresser to store your clothes, so you have to just live out of your suitcase. Even the closet is not functional. Every morning, we were woken up by the sounds of literally the loudest water pipes I have every heard! The first day, there was no hot water and minimal water pressure. The days after we had hot water, but the water pressure was hit and miss.
There is VIP parking for guests that you access via a gate and your room key. It only worked once even after getting our room keys replaced. We had to push the button and wait for an attendant to let us in.
The only ice machine in the whole hotel is on the first floor. We were on the 3rd floor. Very inconvenient.
Most hotels have a microwave in the room, but this one does not.
The HVAC was wonky. We couldn't keep the temperature regulated. When I asked for an extra blanket, I was told they had none or not extra pillows.
Front desk staff, don't really want to hear the complaints. It seems they have scripted responses because they have heard them over and over.
