It was not possible to darken the rooms. In the children's room a lamp shone through the ceiling window all night, which could not be switched off and the window could not be darkened. You could only darken the windows with a blind, which didn't protect against light at all. From sunrise everyone was awake because the sun was shining in the rooms (pictures are taken 5:35 a.m.). A request to shorten our 4 day stay by one day was denied.
The hosts were very arrogant and made fun of every request. And in all - this is not a "celebrity" home, at most from a french maid...
And it's very confusing, the pictures show all the different rooms that you don't even book. you have to read carefully which room you book.
In addition, it is an absurdity that the toilet is between the two rooms and as soon as someone is on the toilet, you cannot go from one room to the other. the room with the double bed is a storage room and only looks larger because of the mirror.
The outside area was very dirty and full of berries that had fallen from the tree and stuck to the shoes. There was no service at the whirlpool, even if the host says otherwise. We would never come back nor would we recommend it to anyone. This was by far the worst place to stay on our 5 week trip to the USA.
