please treat hour customers fairly

it was not bad

i booked six nights and had an emergencey case , as a resukt i changed my flight to be one day earlier and asked the hotel managment to cancel the last night of the booking and they refused foing that and even didnot give me any alternative solutions . i was so upset about how they treated my giving the fact that this is not my forst time booking in Anantara after this treatment from the hotel i will never book at their hotels and will never recommend it to anyone

Disappointing, not worth the money and the high rating is misleading.

The view from our room onto the Mangroves was fantastic. Basic facilities were adequate. A rating of 5 is for the view alone.

Unimpressed with the staff lacking a personal touch as we expect for the price, especially when told to take our own in room dining from the hot box ourselves - refusing to set up our dinner - and not even giving us anything to handle hot items for this if this is the expectation. This trip was also to celebrate a belated birthday, as put into the booking, but this was not acknowledged at all. Parking is not the most convenient with huge wooden posts in every space and no valet service offered, nor assistance for our luggage on arrival. Very disappointed to have spent so much money on this stay - we expect a lot more from Anantara hotels.

amazing views

The pool is amazing, and each sunbed table has a click so you can call the waiter. The view from rooms overlooking the mangroves is amazing and highly recommended. we checked-in in a room with a view that is slightly different that the photo, they send someone to show us other rooms so we can choose, I appreciated that a lot!

I liked the room size, and the bed

The dining team took forever to bring stuff. Also the staff to bring basic things. The room didnt have everything like tooth brushes or cotton pads. I had to ask for them.

What a bad experience!!! The entire bed was impregnat with urine smell. They change the room 15 min after we made the complaint, but it was too late. Never again!
