Location is great. Next to Nu Sentral and the monorail. We didn't have to drive anywhere. Love the toiletries in the room too.

Nice stay. Could have been better.

Good location. Staff was helpful though there was an issue with my booking, they gave alternate options to stay.

Breakfast area was little cramped. I was given places outside the restaurant in walkways. Breakfast spread was very limited.

Annoyed and frustrated because couldnt get any sleep at all

Location close to several malls and the convenience of taking LRT to KLCC

Rude staff that puts you into 7th floor next to the lift where the elevators machinery were making so much noise throughout the night until one cant sleep at all

Well Priced Hotel

Spacious room and King size bed was great. Bathroom is nice and good amount of water bottles each day. Coffee/tea in room. Pool table at the lobby. Next to shopping mall with lots of eatery on the backside of the property. Easy get Grab taxi.

Pleasant stay in KL

Super convenient for airport stopover and transport to other parts of Malaysia. Connected by walkway to KL Sentral is good. Rooftop pool is nice. Service is good.

Too many people, breakfast is ok but not the best for Malaysia, rooms are ok but expensive for the quality.
