It's our third time here and we will definitely come back again, moor,the man that kept our luggage, claudino the manager always go out their way to help. Very genuine professionnal great services , smiling and Caring guys, we are always upgraded. Nice well equipped confortable rooms, 1 minute walk to taxi and metro, great location, great food. Thanks

Staff were very kind and friendly

One morning around 4am it was raining and the living room was literally flooded with water there was a heavy leak on the roof. We had to call the reception for help. They guy could not do much as it was out of his control at that time. But the management didn't even bothered to change our room nor an apologise came from their end. Our clothes and suitcase was all wet and no one from the management even cares about it. Further the sofa bad was very uncomfortable and they asked 100 AED per day for one extra mattress. This is very abusive in terms of price. I could buy one cheaper....
