Had to ask to use the laundry which was locked away in a garage and you had to pay $2 per load, quarters only. They said a printer/fax machine was available, which was not working (I didnt need it but if I did). Half the blinds were broke so could not get natural lighting. Half the wall outlets and light switches did not work. Only provided a one towel and one washcloth for 5 days for 3 people. Description said key in lockbox, which the owner comes to the house walks you around and gives you key upon the $200 cash deposit, then comes back to the house upon departure to get keys back, a walk through before you get your cash deposit back. This is the only Airbnb that Ive ever been at that did this, I dont like to interact with the homeowner I just want to get the hey code and be on my way, as it felt very uncomfortable. Fitness centernon existing or it just wasnt on site. With my OCD the title needed a good deep cleaning scrub I felt like I needed to get on my hands and knees with a toothbrush to clean the grout. 1) New blinds are a MUST 2) Working outlets and light switches are a must (is this a code violation?) 3) FREE laundry should be available with out asking or the property owner keeping it a secret and locked away in the garage. 4) Door should have a lock code on it as property owner should trust who they are renting to instead of coming to house picking up a CASH $200 deposit so the person who is occupying the property can come go freely without the awkwardness. Per description it says lockbox on property for key - false 5) Provide more than 1 washcloth/towel per person for 7 day trip (gross) 6) have a working ice maker and water on the refrigerator - it was broke so had to use cheap flimsy ice trays or buy a bag of ice along with bottle water.

Very safe location and the pool. There is now a big tv in the living room (comments when we booked said no tv in the living room) when you meet the host at the house be sure to let her know if you want to use the washer and dryer because she will have to give you access. Washer and dryer are coin operated ($2.00 per load for both). The pool was such a bonus. Nice table and chairs outside and enjoyed every minute by the pool. Kitchen was well equipped, toaster oven, microwave, espresso machine and Keurig. You may want to bring or buy when you get there a kitchen towel and dish cloths. Overall, a great stay and would definitely rebook.
