The breakfast was the best of our stay. Plain but enough. The ladies that made the brakfest was very nice

All! old carpet, old worn out beds, poor cleaning in the bathroom. responsive you hear when they cough in the next room

Tiny room, dated and uncomfortable. Not value for money despite good location

The room was absolutely tiny. Room for a single bed that they crammed a double into. I could barely bend in the bathroom and had to open the door to have enough space to pick up something off the floor. We had two pieces of hand luggage which remained closed as there was no where to put clothes or store bags. The furniture looked and felt like prison issue. The mattress was very thin. Very uncomfortable stay. Oh and we were told at breakfast we could only have one cooked item each, so one egg, one rasher of bacon etc and NO substitutes lol

Great location, clean, good breakfast, nice staff (especially the breakfast ladies)

Very thin walls, doors banging all night and in the morning. Not the most comfortable bed. Wifi didnt really work in the rooms on the upper floor.

The place to stay in London

Glad to be back here, it's my go to stay in London! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast! Not even a 5min walk to the tube, so very accessible... Can highly recommend!
