They charge extra water bottle fee

A little bit noisy and they charge fee for more than one bottle of water

Beds are not comfy, as we were on the second floor you can literally hear people outside. Rooms are small

Great place for a night or two with a comfy bed

Bed was very comfortable, shower had good pressure and got nicely hot. A hairdryer was available which was nice.

Location could be a bit better, a good walk from the main road and from stores.

Very clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, you sleep very well at night with no external noises to disturb you, there is also a reliable and fast laundry service.

A small new and well maintained hotel. For my need for a quiet place the location is perfect. The stuff was very professional and very friendly and helpful. It help to made my stay in Chiang Mai very comfortable and a filling of safety. Recommend this hotel if in Chiang Mai.
