Overall good. Could be excellent with a few minor upgrades or changes

Location is very good. Only 30 minute walk to the medina and old part of Marrakech. The room was very good, clean and spacious. The staff at breakfast were excellent.

Safe did not work and was reported three days in a row but not fixed or replaced (gave up reporting it). The door on the balcony was broken but fixed, however it was not very secure. The shower switches between hot and cold water and doesnt remain a consistent temperature. At breakfast the hot items are not kept in warming containers and therefore they go cold very quickly. Beware that loud music is played at the rooftop bar that can be heard throughout the rooms on the lower few floors. This stops at 10-10:30pm most nights but goes on until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. The road can be noisy with scooters and horns throughout the day and late at night (although hard to escape in Marrakech) at not really the hotels fault.

Good hotel but not now

It's modern hotel with nice rooms

Currently they are doing renovation and painting over the facade. The thing is that u cannot open curtains and windows and cannot use the balcony now. The room smells of paint. For all of this I would at least expect some kind of compensation..

The hotel is stunning with every detail so well thought out , bedrooms are beautiful and so relaxing! Breakfast was the best we have had in Morocco. There is literally nothing missing from the hotel .
